Engagements built around your business, not a price list.
PPS work is scoped to what the business actually needs, not sold off a fixed menu. Here is how the pricing works, and what is included at each stage.
PPS engagements
Three starting points, matched to where the business is today. Every engagement is scoped in a first conversation, so the fee reflects the actual work, not a generic package rate.
Build the right payment foundation.
Who it’s for: Merchants building a new payment setup, changing provider, or preparing for a new payment environment.
PPS Launch helps the merchant define the payment strategy, assess compliance readiness, and select the right acquirer or PSP, ending with a structured route from strategy to go-live.
Find what your payment setup is leaving on the table.
Who it’s for: Merchants whose current setup works, but whose performance, cost or resilience has not been reviewed in a while.
PPS Deep Dive analyses the merchant’s actual payment environment and separates quick improvements from changes that need more work, ending with a prioritised action plan.
Your ongoing senior payment team, without building one in-house.
Who it’s for: Merchants who want experienced payment specialists involved on an ongoing basis, not just for a single project.
PPS Partner keeps performance, cost, providers, compliance and growth requirements under active review, so the merchant does not need to restart the conversation every time something changes.
TrustBench, part of every engagement
TrustBench, the compliance and onboarding layer built by PPS, is included as part of every engagement. One Company Profile represents one legal entity. If a group operates through multiple legal entities, each one needs its own Company Profile.
Starter
One legal entity, fully onboarded in TrustBench.
Growth
For groups operating through several legal entities.
Scale
For larger groups with a wider legal structure.
White Glove setup
A PPS specialist works with you to complete one Company Profile, organise the supporting information, and prepare the dossier for your review.
one-time, per Company Profile
Why we do not publish package rates
Two merchants asking for the same package can need very different amounts of work, depending on markets, providers already in place, and how complex the compliance picture is. A number on a page without that context is either too low to be honest or too high to be fair. A 30 minute conversation is usually enough to scope the work and give a straight answer on cost.
