Below are the terms and conditions for use of any and all of Protect Pay Solutions products and services.

Definitions

  1. “Protect Pay Solutions” refers to HGLM Consultancy, trading as Protect Pay Solutions, registered in the Netherlands and located at Brederodepeer 48, 2771 NX Boskoop, Netherlands.
  2. “Trustbench” refers to the KYC software platform developed and operated by Protect Pay Solutions.
  3. “Website” refers to the website available at https://protectpaysolutions.com.
  4. “User” means any person or entity accessing or using the Website

Application of Terms

  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Website.
  2. Specific software licensing and service agreements between Protect Pay Solutions and merchants take precedence over these Terms. 

Access and Use

  1. The Website is intended for lawful use only. 
  2. Users shall not engage in any conduct that could harm, disable, or overburden the Website or interfere with other users. 
  3. Unauthorized access, data scraping, or reverse engineering of the Website or software is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights in the Website, Trustbench software, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned or licensed by Protect Pay Solutions. 
  2. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without prior written consent. 

Software Licensing

  1. Access to the Trustbench software is granted only pursuant to a separate written license agreement executed with Protect Pay Solutions. 
  2. No right or license is granted to Users merely by visiting or browsing the Website.

Liability

  1. Protect Pay Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website. 
  2. In all cases, the total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User to Protect Pay Solutions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

  1. Protect Pay Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate Website access or User accounts at its sole discretion, including for suspected misuse, breach of these Terms, or non-payment.

Third-Party Links and Integrations

  1. The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Protect Pay Solutions is not responsible for the content or policies of such external sources. 

Modifications

  1. Protect Pay Solutions may modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed under Dutch law. 
  2. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
